Larry was an ordinary man until the day NASA sent a Golden Record into space. It encapsulated some of the greatest achievements of humankind as well as pictures of human beings; Larry's face is one of them and it changes his world, propelling him to the status of Earth Ambassador. But Larry's hopes are shattered with the realisation of its insignificance at the scale of the universe.
